Yea, this 15 is really nice. I was happy to stumble across it the other day when I was buying this next pour

Bought way too much glassware on this trip. And polos. And hats.

Springbank is now,the BT of Single Malt. It went from being only for whisky purist to tater city in the last three years.

It appears you are correct. Kilkerren is damn tasty as well and is more available.

The special release kilkerran first fill sherry are damn near impossible to find but the standard 12 and 8 are excellent. If you like Springbank but don’t like the hassle go for Glen Scotia 15 and the Glen Scotia Victoriana both from Campletown and both under $100 also excellent.

Did they sell out?
I’m not sure but I would guess so.

Passed on the blue run and found one Buffalo trace in the back for $20.
Makes me laugh that it was the first time I’ve seen Buffalo trace on the shelves in many months. D

Yeah I have a few of those KK specials. Excellent stuff. Glad to hear your support of Glen Scotia. I’ve been curious to try since SB has become an impossibility.

Really? I rarely seek it out, unless it's a store pick, but I randomly saw a few cases at Whole Foods last weekend. Only $20, there too.

I’m halfway done with my ambassador wine store pick. It’s really good and I didn’t have a backup so just grabbed it.

Stopped at Bosco's Specialty Meats on 190 between Port Barre and Opelousas to grab a couple steaks. Nice collection for a small meat store in the middle of no where.
