Is there and absolute best bourbon for Old Fashions? Just started experimenting with this drink. I’ve always been a “neat” person with bourbon but really started enjoying a good Old Fashion. So far I’ve tried Four Roses Single Barrel, OF 1910 and an OG 114. The OG 114 and 4RSB all seemed a bit heavy cinnamon but good.

My 2 Cents for bourbon use BT or Early Times BB, if using a rye Old Forester Rye for price at 100 proof along with OGD BB are the best.

Having some Stellum Black Label tonight.
Better than the blue label? Definitely.
Worth the price? Meh. I'll drink the bottle happily but probably won't buy it again. Lots of barrel proofers that I enjoy more at lower price points.
