Need some help from the scotch drinkers. I'll begin construction on the expansion of the pizza place soon and we are adding a nice full bar. I want to start picking up quality bottles of scotch to have on the shelves when we open. Give me some names and ages to have on the shelves.

Any self respecting Scotch bar will have the following:
Lagavulin 16
Oban 14
Laphroaig 10
One of the MacAllans
One of the Glenmorangies
Glenkinchie 12
Talisker 10
A Johnny Walker blend
Not all of those are my favorites but pretty standard scotch starter kit.
Probably need a Glenlivet and Glenfiddich as they are 2 of the top sellers worldwide. Not that they are all that good but cheap and not offensive
If you really want to go all out add Kilchoman Sanaig, Ardbeg Corryvrekan, Ledaig 10, one of the Balvenies and some Songle cask independent bottlings.
