Elios has some good stuff out right now as well.

Stopped in to pick up a bottle for a gift, and this was up at the counter.

Had Old Elk wheat, among some other stuff. I did my best not to look too hard because I'm not trying to get divorced

I've got a BSOBR barrel pick of WP10 that was actually 16 or 17 years old and it is phenomenal. Haven't had any others to compare to.

Would definitely get multiple EC & Russell's from you.

1792 not my favorite, but I've never had full proof so I'd still get at least one

Hocus is now down to only Old Elk.

I hope a few of you got lucky!

Wife and kids at school. Is it too early to shirk my responsibilities?

How’s the sw sb? In comparison to uu?

More on this, because I just watched Aaron speak specifically about the Small Batch process. For Small Batch he's blending 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 year bourbons to achieve a specific flavor profile at 100 proof. So, while he's using similarly aged barrels, his end goal is different for Small Batch and Uncut Unfiltered. For Uncut Unfiltered, he's just kinda mixing different blends and basically experimenting and coming up with different flavor profiles for different sets of batches, ie 41-44 have a similar profile, while 45-46 have a different profile from those. For Small Batch, he references an "archived" bottle from the previous batch to attempt to get the new batch to taste the same as the older batch, regardless if the actual blend is the same.

Started watching Dances With Wolves, so I figured prairie bourbon was a logical next step.
