I’ve had the grain to glass wheated and the Penelope wheated I was not impressed with either of them. Everyone’s palate is different.

What I’m finding interesting as I get more into whiskey is that my palate changes from night to night. Some nights I’ll really enjoy a pour and then other nights it doesn’t taste the same.

That is a true for me as well. For myself when it comes to wheated bourbon I like a good bit of baking spice or cinnamon.
