FPD Old Emmer cask strength, they had samples at Total Wine so at $47 for a high wheat 61 proof it was a good buy. Not much info online but the whiskey guy at TW, who is kind of a legend around here for his knowledge, said it is Bardstown juice. There are differing opinions online but this is a damn solid pour . Definitely wheat upfront, grassy with a little funk, Chocolate, vanilla, pancake syrup , cinnamon and a long finish.
ETA: on my second pour I was getting more of the funk/sour flavor that people objected to in some of the online reviews. I think it's a good type of funk but I see where some might not like it
