They're a little easier to find these days and I get why considering the price. It's something I'll probably try to get one bottle of each year moving forward.

Honestly, IMO, it’s a bit wild that Four Gate sits on shelves and Old Carter gets picked up rather quickly. I’ve owned several bottles of OC and IMO Four Gate is on par or better.

I think both of them are overpriced.

2pd is 40 proof points lower, but drinks at the same pace because of its complexity.

Good evening t00f. I'd like to know how many of those bottles you've killed.

1st for me is an old favorite in a Manhattan.

Couldn't decide on a second so I went with the infinity bottle. I swear I can still taste the Lincoln road Starlight cigar batch after having added samples from over 20 bottles since.

(Edit: funny that you were posting an amburana as I was commenting on how it still stands out in the infinity blend)

I walked out of work this evening and it seemed like 20 degrees colder than when I got there. I need something to warm the belly.

Also, I’m considering having Louisiana distilled whiskeys for the next blind tasting at my house. Im not overly familiar with all of them. I know JT Meleck and Bywater. What others are there?
