I like it neat, but that JD makes a killer Manhattan.

The KC18 made a good first impression. Peanut brittle, oak, caramel, plus a little cherry and tobacco. It isn't as sweet as the kc12 and sib picks. The oak is well balanced for its age. It's not overly dry. I think I'm going to really enjoy it.

It’s a 100 percent rye product, 95% Rye and 5% Malted Rye mashbill. Very good and unique flavor profile.

I made a batch of poorer man's pappy last night. It's good, but I doubt I go out of my way to do it again. I don't see cask strength very often here anyway.
