JCANS, you gotta try some Bookers.
It has a really distinct flavor profile, really good stuff.
It's everywhere right now too. Saw it at Sams the other day for $42.

Worth the hefty price tag in your opinion??

Have you had those before, and if so, how are they? I can't say I've ever seen them.
I haven't had the Balcones Brimstone yet but I've heard good things. As for the Harper, I've had the old version before it left the US market for 15 years. This supposedly is very different though.

It's a very unique pour. It's very sweet. I would buy again. It's nice to have every once in a while.

I've found the sweetness to vary greatly from bottle to bottle. My fiance loves making her own version of an old fashioned with it.

Trying out 1 of the 2 new ones I got today. Been waiting a while to get my hands on some and I'm really liking it, certainly unique. Picking up lots of gingerbread notes.

Just tried the Angel's Envy Rye and the Old Scout Rye (from cool guy's emporium of booze aka Q-Bin). Both good stuff. Definitely a strong brown sugar smell on that AE.

Was Bin-Q keeping the Rye in the back haha?

That's really "cool" man

My buddy and I have been working on a list like that the last week. I'm still working on our website but hopefully will have it up and running in the next two weeks for the society. I'll post the link when it's officially up.
Everyone give me your inputs on your go to bourbons/whiskies at price points under $100.

Might want to break it up a little. Say under $30, $30-$50, $50-$100. Under $100 is a shite ton of good whiskey. Even BTAC at retail is under $100.

As much as I can't stand Bin-Q I would go back to buy another bottle of that Rye, thankfully still have about half the bottle left of mine

I'm drinking the AE Rye right now. First time trying it. It is really delicious. I definitely taste ginger. The smell is hypnotizing and the finish is divine. I'm a huge fan. I need to go pick up another bottle at Calandros tomorrow.

You are right for sure. I'll come up with the specific price points and get back to yall.
