Mmmmm nice! I want to tear into a 17 too but only have two so it's hard to do. I have a few 18s so when those get low ill bust out a 17 and the single barrel 18s I think.

People like you are why everyone cannot try nice bourbons. Hell they can't find them because they are already gone.

Guilty
a good friend that got me into it said if you find them buy them all. So I do sometimes. If I don't someone else will...and I been buying them over a period. Most came when a friend stumbled upon 2 6pk cases at a abc store in AL last year...same friend that told me buy them all...so you know how that went down.

The store I bought the Elmer T Lee at today actually had 8 bottles on the shelf. He had 3 bottles of the Elijah Craig 23 yr. I have bought 18yr for $50 before. He was asking $230 for 23yr. I passed.

Yea the wc23 is ok but not great. Getting to the too old and too expensive for the taste point. I like it but won't get more than the few I have. The 21 was pretty yummy. Have not had the pleasure of the 18 yet.

Where are you guys finding all of this Parkers Heritage Wheat? It's the one limited release I really want this year and can't find it anywhere. I was told today by the guy at Martins that it has already come and gone in Baton Rouge.

I got 3 and left 3 on the shelf in Covington. (They stayed there for a good week or so too.)
It's really strange how some of these work out. Meanwhile, I haven't seen an OFBB anywhere.

I haven't found any exclusive fall pours yet either, Beard...Hoping the luck will turn around this weekend.
In the meantime, grabbed an EWSB I today while on the hunt...should be great in an old fashioned later tonight
