I just opened it tonight. It is outstanding, but I am a big fan of Blanton's.

I went to the AE dinner at Bourbon House a couple months ago. I was at a table with their head of marketing, and he said to expect it either late this year or early next.
I picked up a bottle of their rye in Texas around the 4th. It's really good but really sweet. Almost a dessert drink.

I haven't had the rye but I reallllly wanna get my hands on a AECS this year. I tasted it for the first time a couple weeks ago, and Imo, it's on par with BTAC as far as quality goes.

I have a very CSB.
Just went to Calandros on my lunch break. Bought a bottle of Blantons. Opened it up when I got in my truck. It was dumped on 6/2/14. I toured Buffalo Trace on that date. Its possible I saw that bourbon go into the bottle. We were destined to meet again.
