Late to the thread this evening, but here goes:

1st pour - Dickel No. 12 (either unc or doc recommended it a week or two ago so I picked up a bottle today). I also scored a Parker's Heritage POH and located a EC21 and Booker's 25 if anyone is interested.

Dickel 12 is good stuff. It is my go to mixer. Sipping on my second one now.

Gents I am damn impressed with the No 12. The sweet beginning with spicy finish is excellent. I went back for another pour of it. How does it compare to the Barrel Select?

I'd say the barrel select 9 yr is worth the price difference. I've never had the 14 yr... Nola has had all 3 so he'll chime in soon probably.

I'm unfamiliar with the 14. Headed to read some reviews on it. This No 12 is going down too damn easy

The 14 is good. I find they all have the same flavor but the 14 was a richer flavor of the 3. Havent had them side by side but had the 9 and 14 and just like the bowman bro vs the John j same taste but more of it. That barrel select is very good too for a easy to find bottle.

Ohh and dat 4 roses is tasty Mmmk

I can't remember what I started with much less what I've had. I know bookers 25th, 4 roses, angels envy, ETL, and others have been consumed.

1st pour: Jeffersons ocean

I liked it more than most reviews I've read. I enjoyed it, but not enough for the cost. I will finish the bottle and I'll enjoy it. Just won't buy another bottle.

2nd pour: Booker's 25th

Just plain looooove this stuff.

Agreed I have one open and one not...not sure what I'm going to do with the other. And bookers 25 is awesome I think

I ran all over town Saturday but unfortunately there is no WLW12 to be found in my area. I did find several things but not sure if you're interested: Booker's 25, Elijah Craig 21, Parker's Heritage Promise of Hope.

Thanks for looking for the WLW 12 for me. I really appreciate that. I'll find some eventually I'm sure

I'll probably hold off on the others for right now. Need to slow down on the buying for a bit and save up for the fall releases!

Thanks again!
