I got the 14 at martins. I have some left in one of the bottles so I can try side by side with a 9.

Dorignacs has a specialty bottling of a 9 and 14 yr as well right now. Dickel must be making rounds right now.

Ah didn't see it at marcellos. But haven't been there in a few. Good thing is in theory all the 9s and 14s should taste different being different barrels. But it's probably too close to tell...dunno.

I was in there the day he got the 9yr but passed. Guess I need to pick one up next time I'm over there. Some more of that EC12 for sure

Upright. Do not lay it down.
Supposedly the high alcohol content can eat up the cork causing a fonky taste in your bourbon.

Yea you gotta watch that. Had that happen to me once...wanted to share some 20 with 2 friends that were over but I knew if I made drinks one if my friends dad would want some. Just knew it wouldn't be as appreciated as it should be...I did make them drinks...I just told him he can't mix it and I would only allow one cube of ice
