I don't mean to go off the topic of da whiskey but St. Patty's is fast approaching so I told the "yeastie" boys to make me a good malty dark Irish red from the sugar water I cooked up. They happily obliged.

Was gifted some Old Forester 1870. Solid but I think the 1897 is better.
