I've been trying out new bourbons the last few years. I don't drink enough to really go through a lot, but tonight I picked up a bottle of Eagle Rare 10 year.
I've enjoyed just about everything I've had in the house. Jim Beam. Bulleit. Jameson.
What should I expect from the Eagle Rare? It was pretty cheap ($28) but the store owner highly recommended it.

Was a good time. Four Roses single barrel 100th anniversary, FRSB 15 LE, and Michters 10 to name a few pours

I had Eagle Rare 17, Stagg, 2015 4RSmbLE, ORVW 10, Michter's 10, WT Master's Keep.
2015 4RSmBLE was the best of the pours that I had tonight. I ranked ER 17 at the bottom. For those of you that missed out on Stagg this year go out and buy an EHT Barrel Proof, I just poured one at home and it's really close.

It was a good time for sure. Had to take advantage of the special pricing that the BSoBR boys set up for us.
