Whats yall thoughts on Whistle Pig Old World. Seen a few bottles of that recently. Reluctant to pull the trigger because I could buy 2-3 good bottles instead.

Wlw blows GTS away on the nose.. But on taste, it only beats out GTS by a hair IMO. Both are incredible but my all time favorite is still the William Larue.

There were no more pours had after that happy hour session lol Bedtime came early

This hasn't been posted in a while. And it looks like it's been updated a little more

You'll have a hard time finding anyone in this thread who's a favor of JWB.

SMS can recommend wayyyy better scotch in the $150+ price range. I don't spend that much on scotch since its second in line behind bourbon to me.

Last year's Stagg isn't it? Isn't this year 138.2 or does it vary by barrel

JWB is what kept me from exploring scotches further.

Trading an EH Taylor Sour Mash

Been offered a VWFRR plus a rip 10 or 2 Lot B's plus a squat bottle rip 10

Just got offered 2 Rip 10's plus a JPS 18. I think I'm taking this one.

Damn he wants that bottle bad. What's SM been selling for? $1000ish?

I, personally, would be going for WLWx2.

I've seen the Sour Mash go for $1200. Usually between $1000 and $1100.
