Yea, I'm pretty pumped about the barrel. I think my first batch will be to see how I can improve on the poor man pappy. I have a 60/40 and a 50/50 right now to compare it to. So I think I'll age another 50/50 (since that's my preference) and see how a month or so of inside and outside aging helps (and hopefully not hurts) it. I figured it I put it outside daily in this heat for a bit, but mostly inside, it will have an effect on the movement in and out of the wood[char].
