It had absolutely nothin to do with the virus but its spring so I filled up my stash jugs in shed, jeep, camper, Suvv and camper and put a couple 1.75's in the cabinet. Spring stock up and inventory so now for a pour or 4 and relax at home with da wife soo sheltering aint too bad

Anyone tried the Old Forester old fashioned syrup? Bought a bottle of the 100 proof today and it had a little 2 oz bottle of this attached. It’s decent for what I would call a mixer. Not quite the same as making one myself but for a quick pour it’s good.

I got on a list for a bottle of Blanton's, and the manager got me one about a month later. I guess she left my name on the list, because they called yesterday, probably a year after that first bottle, and said they had one for me.

Jumping into your thread here to say that Old Fashioned's are a great way to handle a sore throat. My wife has been on me about taking Vitamin C, so I've been throwing an orange slice into my drink. A bastardization of the purist's recipe, yes, but these are desperate times.

and all the thousands spent on whiskey didn't vaporize in the market the last few weeks. Spec's was packed tonight. But I don't think they said liquor stores would be closing after tomorrow. Just bars and restaurant dining rooms.
