Antique, I do 50/50 12/107...and sit it for 4 weeks, occasionally giving it a little rotation. The old bottles are better than the new shaped ones, but it’s all delicious juice. As I told curds...better to have a half of 107, half W12 & 5th of PMP than any other combo

Yep 50/50 is where it’s at IMO. I did a side by side years ago in the OG thread 60/40 both ways and 50/50 and that’s what I settled on. Plus you don’t have to measure, just dump.
Those decanters are nice but IMO I’d get a 1.75 so all you do is whip out a funnel, pour both in, and move on. I have a old 107/12 1.75 screw cap bottle I use.
Pretty sure I have done that mix with 99% of the 107/12 bottles I have gotten over the years. Maybe the first time I tried them I didn’t.
