just do a 50/50 glass worth just in case. And let it mellow a cpl weeks.
I tried putting a little pop of stag JR to kick up the proof before. But I think that was from that batch 1 bottle that was tuuuurrrrrable. I think I still have some left actually.

Yep, they do a very good job. If you like BBQ well worth checking out.
