Absolutely... nailed it
And all that happened in a little over a month
And also, we managed to keep the fact that a legit charity took us to court because we owed them 35,000 dollars, without making any news

Possibly for some meetings in the next month or so but nothing long terms on the books. We also have a guest bedroom and many open bottles and activity space for the rugrats..
