Rouses on Clearview had some recently at customer service... for $79.99
Posted on 12/30/18 at 3:32 pm to hedgediver
Really? Last time I got a few they were $55, like 2 months ago.

It was $79.99 a week or so ago. Rouses seems to be following in Dorignac’s footsteps regarding pricing of that “rare” bourbon

Yep seems like it. Not over paying for Blantons.

I would buy some 1920 at $59.99 and easy to find. Not to mention it is better than Blantons.

What’s the proof? Add about a 1/4 teaspoon of water to it, put a Pringle’s lid or something like over the glass, walk away and come back to it in about 20min.

Check the bottles. I sent my son’s gf to go pick some up at the Rouses here and couldn’t believe they charged her $79 each for the 2 bottles. When she gave me mine, turns out it was a store pick, and as much as I’m not a Donnie Rouse fan, he picked a good barrel. He should have good tastes, I’m guessing about half the annual BTAC and Pappy allocation in Louisiana goes to his house every year.

Fleming’s OF are pretty good.
They have a buffalo trace store pick at Rouses now for $22. Even if the Blantons is a store pick I’m probably not paying $80 for it

How did Rouse's not get an antique 107 barrel?
Elios, martins, acquistipaces, and martins.
I was told 5 barrels to LA by someone way up at Republic earlier this year...so where is the 5th barrel? Calandros?

Multiple rouses in kenner and metairie have had BT store picks. Roberts had some too.

Was at Calandros the other day and they said they have a 13 year WhistlePig pick coming soon
Posted on 12/30/18 at 7:24 pm to Tiger Attorney
I don’t think Calandros has a 107 coming
