A pour of Bookers to cap the night. Been working on this bottle a while... learned it’s a bit hot for me. Tasty nonetheless. Will move back to the four roses soon.

It taste like mothers milk . It is sheried so taste like dark fruits, raisins, a little licorise and cough drop note. Long finish. Had to order from UK it was around $400. Up next

No Glenfarclas is reasonably priced. I think the 21 year old is sub 200. Really the sweet spot for scotch is about 15-18 years, if the cask are good and do their job.

I paid $140 for the Glenfarclas 25 from Martin’s and was very disappointed. I’ve had many $60 scotches that were much better.

I guess I have had this bottle since about 2015. Opened it last year and had a couple pours, I thought it was very good.
