Did anyone go to the New Orleans Bourbon Fest last year? I went to one of the tasting dinners, which is typically what I do for Tales and NOWFE, but didn't go to any other events. Just wondering how it was. I'll probably do a dinner again, assuming they are having them again.

We will have 8 Master Distiller Dinners schedule for March 8. I’m currently finalizing the menu’s and they should be posted on our website next week. You can purchase tickets for the dinners at www.nobourbonfest.com

It actually smells a little vanilla and oaky. I dont know if I will use it or just put it up on the bar. The back label says it is made with actually Buffalo Trace Bourbon.

It was much better when it was 12 yr...8-10 yrs now.
I’ve been a fan for a while, and the some of the Barrel Proof batches are really good.
Good value in that price range along with Eagle Rare.
