Chicken, beef, pork and seafood are direct sources of protein.

Eggs.

Beans combined with whole grain rice .

Avocados.

superfood

4. Vegetarians and Vegans Rejoice – Protein!
Avocadoes provide all 18 essential amino acids necessary for the body to form a complete protein. Unlike the protein in steak, which is difficult for most people to digest, avocado protein is readily absorbed by the body because avocadoes also contain fiber. If you are trying to cut down on animal sources of protein in your diet, or if you are a vegetarian or vegan seeking more protein, avocadoes are a great nutritional ally to include not merely as an occasional treat, but as a regular part of your diet.

Do 100% of the calories in egg whites come from protein?

4 grams of protein per egg white x 4 calories per gram protein= 16 calories per egg white...I think this is correct.

You a member of the Avacado Cartel?

Actually I participated in the research that led to that report. It was funded be the American Avacado Association (Triple A). We faked the data.

enter dancing BuhNanner

by the way, BuhNanners are an excellent source of fiber and potassium, according to our research, funded by Dole, Inc. Try smoking the peel sometime woWieZowIe.

Just jerking your chain. Love Avacados. Can't make guacamole without them. God's only greasy fruit.

The obvious is meat of all kinds. Particularly chicken breast, tuna, etc. They're low in fat and the majority of the calories come from protein, so if you're looking to up your protein without upping your fat much, they're perfect.

Avacados, kale, broccoli, legumes, brown rice

And the fat in avacados is one of the healthiest sources of fat you can get, along with olive oil and coconut oil.
