Most of the strip mall Chinese places have open kitchens. You can peep all the way to the back door.

Just because you can peep doesn’t give you the perspective of the the kitchen, the cleanup area, prep area, etc.

Chinese....day da ones who got us in this mess...eat American food! No Italian...Mexican..Japanese ...Koren..Thai...American only... steak and potatoes and hamburgers and waffle fries ...shrimp and grits...crawfish...don't need no stinkn Chinese
