Made a lamb ragù on Sunday but had to use cubed breast meat as I do not own a meat grinder. Rouses on Baronne (my go-to grocery store) never has ground lamb. Anybody know where I can buy some or where I can get some lamb shoulder ground up?

Langenstein's Uptown. If it isn't in the case they will grind it for you.

Any butcher that carries the lamb should be willing to grind the shoulder

Cochon Butcher can most likely get it for you. I called them to get some ground brisket and they ordered it and had it the next day.

Thanks fellas. I'll make some calls or pop in this week to these places if I'm nearby.

All except Whole Foods of course.

Was to be my first stop based on proximity to my crib and what I've heard from yourself and other locals.

It's already butchered and put into packages. Only lamb I've seen there is like that .. from Two Run, which I'm not all that crazy about in the first place.
