Go rafting with New Mexico River Adventures, my cousin owns it.

Taos doesn't have great food but The Alley Cantina is pretty good New Mexican, The Burger Stand@Taos Ale House for burgers and a good beer selection, Medley or ACEQ in Arroyo Seco for upscale new american.

Was just skiing there this winter. Medley is the answer.

Not a big fan of the NM Mexican food and it isn’t a great town for restaurants

You left out Geronimo as the top of list. If someone is looking for chile rellenos Valentinas is top level.

I was disappointed in the food there when we went.

Ranchos Plaza Grill for breakfast and lunch then Orlando's for dinner.

Plan to try the restaurant in the Taos Inn next time I am there. They make fantastic margaritas.

For a city the size of Taos - it has more than enough good places to eat.

Orlando's is good, but would do it for lunch.

Dinner:

Love Apple
Martyrs
Medley
Lamberts

Are all good choices.
