Galatoires Bistro has good turtle soup. Its the same recipe as the New Orleans location if you like that one.

Ralph & Kacoo's used to have some good turtle soul-haven't had it in a while.

I remember Ralph and Kacoo's had some a while back, but that was ages ago. It was delicious, but pretty random because it only showed up when it was the soup of the day kind of thing.
