When is it unacceptable to have a beer?

My work allows drinking alcohol so during afternoons I have one to relax. I think to myself these days, drinking is ok in most situations, what isn’t an acceptable occasion to drink?

Having one when on a teams meeting maybe? or right before a meeting smelling of beer? I don't know. To me, anything 3:45 forward should be fine.

At my last annual checkup my doctor actually told me I should drink a few beers before coming in to loosen me up for the prostate massage.

I loved power lunches at work when we would try to have as many beers over lunch. Only rule was that we couldn’t touch Active Directory after having drinks.
