I park in that block periodically, but didn't realize PJ's was no longer there. Must have been a rent issue.

With the name sounding like PJ's it took me a while to realize. I wonder if the meant to do that.

The one I meant is called "Pulp and Grind" but their sign says P+G.

I know the place you're talking about. I get pissed for my old P&G guys every time I pass it.

Czech boy here. Those things they are describing are not kolace (pl). A kolac has fruit or cheese filling. A klobasek has meat filling.

Hopefully, they will have both. Try them.

That often led to awkward scenarios when people would think there is a line, then going around all of them.

Though business has slowed down there over the years. It used to be jam packed before Katrina. I guess now the area has so many places for lunch and hipster culture hasn't embraced lunch counter yet.

The kolaches from Kolache Kitchen aren't very good. The bread to sausage ratio is terrible. The tacos and rancheros are good.
