I have smoker/charcoal grill. Looking for something when I want to grill something quick with a side burner.

Get a weber and be done with it

We inherited a Weber Summit with this house and would probably get another one if this one died. Although candidly I don't know what the comparable options are at that level.

Weber Genesis is indeed the answer. If you can store it out of the elements while not in use it will last you 20 years.

Weber build quality has gotten cheaper. Not what they used to be.

I have a Weber Genesis 335-S with the side burner and is natural gas fueled. I have it connected to my house NG plumbing and love it. I use it at least twice a week.

Weber Genesis
Bought one of these 4 years ago and have not had a single issue or needed to replace any parts on it in all that time, and it does get used very frequently.
I do take it apart a couple times a year to do a thorough cleaning and it is a snap to pull apart and put back together.
The one I had before the Weber was a Charbroil that I was replacing parts on a yearly basis.

You baws use the side burner? Don't think I've ever done more than test light mine.

I use it to light charcoal for my smoker
It actually gets the chimney going pretty darn fast.

My Charbroil had a side burner and I think I may have used it 2-3 time in the 10 years I had it.
My Weber Genesis has no side burner and I truly don't miss it.

I use the infrared side searing station on the Napoleon. It might get a little too hot but I find it works really good with a cast iron on top of it
