8.5 lb packer for me.

Gonna put on a pork shoulder in a few hours. Shot two turkeys yesterday and am gonna put them on as well.
Gonna throw a few wood ducks on in the AM. Making duck and deer sausage gumbo for the main course tomorrow.

put a boston butt on at 1pm today. Internal temp is only 170 now so we will be staying up for awhile.

I smoked some baby back ribs today. 7 hours 225 degees and fall off the bone good.
