I put on a couple butts a few hours ago. Its the Hormel boneless butts with the sodium solution injected which I definitely don't prefer. I try to avoid those salt water injected meats best I can when I'm smoking but these were the best I could find at my grocery this week.

I would wrap it or you have a lengthy stall waiting for you.

Have a chicken going on the Weber Kettle Rotisserie, with apple and pecan chips.
Made a batch of pizza dough earlier. Gonna have rotisserie chicken BBQ pizza for supper.

I fired up the Weber Kettle earlier and slow cooked some burgers with those wood chips made from chipped up Jack Daniel's barrels. Came out pretty great.

I agree with the sodium injection but I love cooking these. They are smaller that regular butts, which is way better for just the wife and I. It's hard to justify an 8 or 9 pound butt for 2 people, even with freezing leftovers. Yours came out great, nice bark!

Just put two chuckies in the MES. Just rubbed with SPOG and currently trying to think how I'm going to finish them when it's time to wrap/foilpan.
