After reading the pops poboy thread, Spring/Woodlands/Tomball could use a good poboy shop

I’ve seen 2 Chicago locations of something called LowCountry. Looks like boiled/steamed seafood. Have not tried them.

And Eater Chicago just had a piece about a new Cajun boil place opening. They say it’s a trend in the area and name some others. LINK
