Trying to add a little bit to my diet and not really sure what to do with them other than break off a piece as a snack here and there

Trying to keep my carb count low. What could I use these with? Chili? Some sort of low carb dessert with stevia?

Melt them in a double boiler or over simmering water with a couple tablespoons of butter. Add a couple tablespoons of liquid stevia and crushed pecans. Mix well and spread on parchment paper, dust top with a bit of sea salt and refrigerate until hard. A half hour. Break up and put in ziploc in freezer. Sweeten as much as you like. I got tired of $15 Keto Bark and started making my own.

Takes about ten minutes to make.

I got a little ancy and didn't feel like waiting for a response and made some chocolate avocado pudding with one of the bars

Surprisingly not bad. I'm going to wait for it to chill overnight before I taste any more of it though

Why would anyone use stew meat in chili?

I do mine a little different but you're definitely doing way better than the rest of these ground beef clowns.

That was halfway down the first page and it just got more glorious from there on out. Truly a classic.

And I’m going to make your chili on the first cold snap in honor of the thread.

I'd probably make it a lot differently now

I believe in using a lot of peppers though
