I love braised greens with mine. I eat them mixed with bites of the shrimp and grits.

Used to eat at a place that served shrimp and grits mixed with braised collards. They go well together

Hoopla. Because God knows there isn't enough hoopla when it comes to shrimp n grits. Second only to bacon. So maybe a side of bacon & asparagus for a double whammy of hoopla. Wrap it like this for bonus hoopla.

I've even done this recipe for braised greens over grits just on their own. It's just a good combination.
