What restaurants in Baton Rouge are open on a sunday night?

Can we get a list going? I've called a couple places and they aren't open. But all the freakin chains are open. Why the hell do all the local places close on Sunday!?!

Because it is an old tradition. Christians tend to follow it, chains don't. For instance, here in Texas you still can't buy liquor on Sundays. The baptists who control the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission are very adamant about that law. In some counties a store can't be open on Sundays. Just plain old tradition.

they are independently owned and usually do not have the resources of a staff to stay open on one of the slowest days of the week. They owners also need a day off to re-coup or they would go postal from being worked 365 days a year
