Food is ok, place is a Yawner. Almost fell asleep in the middle of my meal. Get some energy please.
Learn how to spell, it's Galatoire's, not Galatories. And the food is average at best. All of the local restaurants are by far better than any national chain. Not that G's is a chain, but it the atmosphere feels like one.
My suggestions for the best food and experience in B.R. are Ruffino's, DiGiulio's and Mansur's. Book it.
We take our mother to Ruffino's every year for Mother's day. Best experience I've ever had with a place taking care of a big table.

Went to the Grill Room last night. Worst service ever. Cold steaks. Typical chain. The fact that my money is being shipped to Chicago(Grill Room is owned by Restaurants America.) I'll stay with the locally owned joints from now on. At least they seem to give a shite.

If you know Ruffin from Ruffinos give him a call, he gave me great suggestions from his visit a year ago.

Best breakfast in Maui is the Kihei Cafe in Kihei on the south side of the Island. Spago is an awesome experience. And Sorrento's has the best Italian with the best sunset.

Go straight to the Venetian Hotel. Great rates and every room is a suite. Best location.
