Roasted whole beef tenderloin. Usually do twice baked potatoes and either asparagus or brussell sprouts with it.

I've done this one and had great results; probably would take too long this time though.

If you’re looking for something besides the traditional steak/beef tenderloin/etc., I really like this scallop and sweet corn ragu dish:

This Recipe calls for hard Spanish chorizo, but I’ve substituted andoullie and it turned out great

I make this for every special occasion with my wife. It’s easy and delicious.

MDawg’s Italian Soup

I add more tortellini, sausage and spinach to mine. But it’s basically the same recipe. I’ve used it a dozen times.

Paul Prudhomme’s shrimp Diane. I’ll not post the recipe. An easy google search will show it. Have been threads on this board about it, too.
Best over rice.
Could add beef tenderloin medallions as well.
It’s very rich.
Panty dropper for sure.

My wife likes this pasta I make with lobster, I’ll either do like a scampi or lite pesto cream sauce
