The only true answer. Maybe Mac n cheese if their baked beans or potato salad turn out to be arse. But I still prefer good potato salad and baked beans over mac when I go barbecue

Also the true judge of a good brisket cook comes off the lean side. Everyone can cook the point till it’s perfectly tender

So what? The fatty side tastes better. I'm not worried about judging how well a cook can smoke an inferior cut of meat when I'm eating out.

Def Turkey and a brisket for me maybe sliced pork if brisket looks dry. And for sure Beans Tater salad and Mac and cheese.
