Nica chops. I don't know what it means, but that is what she calls it, and I don't question it. It is like tasting heaven.
Nicaraguan pork chops possibly? Seared, roasted and covered with caramelized onions and peppers?

At the time it wasn’t my favorite but her chicken and dumplings were really pretty good once I finally tried them.

Meatballs. Nothing special in them, but she is just the queen at making meatballs.

Soups
Chili
Spaghetti squash dishes
Baked zucchini with encrusted cheese on top
I think it's about 1:20 in dinners I don't like . She's pretty good in the kitchen.

Mine can’t cook to save her life. But she makes really good chicken and dumplings.
She bakes well. Just not good at cooking.

I cook better, much much better, than 9/10 females my age that I know. At what point did females stop learning how to cook?

I am the better cook. One thing she can make is a helluva mess in the kitchen, though.

Ragu ground beef and pasta, her specialty. She also makes a mean beef or chicken taco.
Thankfully she makes up for it in other ways.

Her Pot Tarts are on point. There's a fine line between too much and too little toaster time.

Never heard of this shite before I moved in with the SO.
Could eat it 5 days a week. And save a metric shite ton of money on food.

Before my grandma died she gave my wife her chicken and dumplings recipe. The wife has got it down to perfection.

38+ years married to the same woman, all meals look different but they all taste the same. No shite, she can't cook, but always has two or three hot meals done every day.
