Butterkrisp in Covington. Regular glazed and old fashioned buttermilk glazed. Still amazing.

Due to the racial makeup of this board I don't expect many people to say jelly donut.

Warm and fresh blueberry cake donuts from Southern Maid.

You have to get there by about 7 AM for them to still be warm.

The one in my hand!

Second favorite. The one left on the plate!

I love me some donuts. My favorite type is a bowtie because it’s like a plain glazed just more of it.

Best ones I’ve had were from a hole in the wall in Kentwood off the interstate.

A place close to my house does an Everything Bagel donut. It’s a plain donut, cut in half, and add cream cheese. Then top it with the same stuff you would find on an everything bagel.

As someone who doesn’t love sweets, it’s amazing.

A butterfly roll from Shipley’s. Technically not a donut probably.

My favorite is jelly donuts, with cake donuts in a close second.

There are AMAZING donuts close to where I live called Orams. They use real fruit and their homemade jelly is incredible.

Best donuts in the world.

Jelly donuts (and cream-filled, as well) are great, as long as the fillings are homemade and not some commercialized prepackaged crap.
