Its 80 calories per slice, and has 4g of protein. It takes care of the majority of my carbs for the day

Porterhouse or Ribeye, green beans , side salad. Occasional chicken breast to change it up 1 slice whole wheat bread

what makes a ribeye good is the marbling. calorie count on a good size, and nicely marbled ribeye is well over 1000, with much of that being fat.

Exactly. A Ribeye is a massive calorie bomb/artery clogger

For me,

Eggs
Whole wheat toast
Oatmeal
Fruit

I eat a shite tons of eggs and have for years
