One time I made a BLT poboy and out of the pound of bacon I used, I went with turkey bacon for half of it. 10/10 would eat again.
All I got.
All I got.

Call me crazy, but I love the Trader Joe's frozen turkey burgers too. Easy and quick to make for lunch/dinner. I'm not saying it's as good as a quality beef burger, but it's pretty damn good.
These are great IMO

Slap fresh green beans or frozen in the rice cooker and cook them. Takes about 30-45 minutes but the come out really good and you don't have to babysit them.

We cook the Butter Ball turkey burgers pretty often- Wife doesn’t eat red meat. They’re really good.

I think using turkey and lettuce wraps for whatever meal you are intending is a pretty good substitute.

I like shirataki Noodles when I'm making an Asian noodle dish. They are not good with red sauce and meatballs, but Palmini Noodles are very good for Italian pasta dishes.
