Why did it close? Loss of business? I thought the food was okay but I loved the building.

I ate there a couple years ago and it was terrible, we were also one of the only tables there.

That’s a tough strip for restaurants for some reason. Unless you’re chick Fila

I liked their salsa. But I'm not Mexican and don't care about authenticity.

The last time I went the food was pretty terrible. Also that whole area has/had a good bit of Mexican places all packed in. At one point all of these were within a mile or 2 either direction of Pasados; El Paso, Aztecas, LaPagua, Acme Taco(now closed), Chuys, Tampicos, Coyote Blues(now closed), and Hacienda. Even the close by Moe’s and Chipotle were better options than Posados.

I do like Chuy's. But we don't have them up here.

Chipotle we do have and it gives me Type 7 on the Bristol stool chart so I don't go anymore.

LaPagua is our go-to for Mexican, as far as the Chuys, I hate it, it’s practically the last place I’d go of all the ones listed.

Their marinated grilled quail used to be very good.

Yep and it’s still good too, they just opened one in Carencro, can’t beat the spinach and artichoke dip with chips

I don’t like Pizza Village. I’m from New York and my wife’s parents swore up and down to try it. Not impressed. That crust was the worst part

I'm not a fan of Pizza Village either.

If you like New York style pizza, try Bread and Circus in Lafayette
