From Rosa Mezcal, and our favorite. We eat there or the owner gives us some to bring home. They bring them in from out of state.

Wife likes the stand and stuff shells and I like the fresh corn tortillas, so I buy both

For meat, fluctuate between ground beef, crock pot pulled chicken and/or pork, and seared mahi

shite, some mahi tacos sound damn good.

I generally have taco night at least twice a week. Sometimes I use ground beef or Turkey, other times I use chicken, use two forks to kind of shred it. Most of the time I use soft flour shells, but occasionally get. hard shell. Seasonings vary, a lot of times I use Old El Paso taco seasoning, other times I'll put some guisada seasoning. If I see some seasoning that looks interesting, I'll get it to try. Been meaning to try coming up with my own mixture, but haven't had time.

Ground meat, flour tortillas with some crunchy as well. We use our own seasoning. Usually a couple of different salsas, Shredded carrots, black beans, red onion, lettuce, tomato, olives, sourcream and cheese.
My boys like the flour tortillas covered with sour cream and wrapped around the crunchy shells.

Taco night at home is crispy tacos. We mix chorizo, ground beef, and refried beans together and season it. On the other side, we mix the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, diced white onions, and diced fresh jalapeños together with a guajillo taco sauce.

Outside of home, it's usually soft. Barbacoa gets a flour tortilla, most everything else gets corn.

Wife cooks a brisket in the crock pot with a can of chipotle in adobo sauce, couple cans green hatch chilis, can of tomato sauce and beef stock, onions.

Make tacos.
