What’s your go to butter? Everything revolves around butter one way or another. Toast to sautéing. Mine is plugra unsalted!

Kerrygold. It's local to me because I have Irish lineage.

That doesn't say better just saying. Up here I use real butter. Believe it or not I use the store brand/FoodCity brand and love it.

I'm not too picky, as long as it's cultured butter.

Baw it ain't too hard to make your own if you have a stand mixer. Just stir up some whooping cream and you'll get buttermilk and real butter in less than 15 minutes. Whoop it up, then set it in here and leave it on the counter. Best butter ever and always ready to spread.

Sam's three packs - unsalted. One in refrigerator, two in freezer. Waste of money to buy more expensive butter than that.

I've been on the unsalted KerryGold bandwagon, but saw recently it isn't grass fed in the winter.

Going to try Finlandia (just finished the KG)
