It's just not consistent. Sometimes I'll get boudin, and it tastes good. Sometimes it's shitty. Cracklin/gratons it's more like 1/10'th of the time it's good. 9/10's it's crap. Billeaud's is king in Broussard IMO

Juneau's in Marksville across from the Paragon is pretty darn good! I haven't been in about three years since my mother passed away but I always stopped in when visiting and everything I got there was really good. Especially the cracklins which I'd get a pound of to snack on on the way home. No, I wouldn't eat the whole pound but they were pretty addictive.
