What are you having for the Super Bowl?

Having a little get together on Sunday for the game and am trying to nail down a menu.
The hubs boiled crawfish for his employees yesterday and he brought some home. (around 3 lbs after we peeled them) I definitely want to do something with those, just can't decide what!
So, Food and Drink Board-ers, what are you serving your guests for the big game??

great. here's something that will knock their socks off (unless their cajun):
light the grill
bake a garlic bread
make an etoufee with your tails (no rice needed)
grill ribeyes
take piece (half) of garlic bread and place on plate. take grilled ribeye and place on top of bread. spoon etouffee on top of ribeye.

do you eat that with your hands or with a knife and fork?

knife and fork. there is no bread ON TOP of the steak. it's not like a poboy.

I get that. I've eaten open-faced sandwiches with my hands before though.
Is it tough to cut through all that food. Each bite must be a friggin' mouthful.

it's called a cajun ribeye. some local restaurants (where i live) sell this as a STAPLE ITEM.
you can also use any cut of beef.
